Levi's Exclusive Store

Hello. I'm Rana Roy. I work in the defence sector. My wife and daughter live in Jamshedpur. Last month, my wife went shopping at the Levi’s Sakchi Store. I have a 4-year-old daughter. While she was playing inside the store, she accidentally fell and got a head injury. The store manager and the entire team immediately helped us. Without any delay, they took my child to the hospital and stayed with us. The store manager bore all the medical expenses and supported us until my daughter’s full treatment was completed. Because of the accident, my wife could not complete shopping that day and she came to house and explained me the entire incident . Later, I personally visited the store and completed the shopping. The store team explained the whole incident to me very politely and with honesty. I sincerely thank the Sakchi Levi’s store manager and his team. They are very kind, polite, and truly good human beings. This store showed great responsibility and care for customers.
